- é),此時(shí)會(huì)影響雷達(dá)波的發(fā)射,嚴(yán)重時(shí)雷達(dá)波不能發(fā)出。被測(cè)介質(zhì)的介電常數(shù)不能太小。盡管溫度和壓力對(duì)雷達(dá)影響極小,但雷達(dá)天線是由材料做成的,雷達(dá)可適應(yīng)溫度的壓力的范圍與使用的材料和密封結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)。[詳細(xì)]

- 如何選擇合適的E+HE+H液位傳感器在自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)過程中,液位檢測(cè)和監(jiān)控一直扮演著較為重要的角色,如食品飲料、日化品、醫(yī)藥、半導(dǎo)體等行業(yè)的生產(chǎn),各種機(jī)器的冷卻和潤(rùn)滑等,液位的監(jiān)控直接影響著產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,甚至關(guān)系到生產(chǎn)過程是否能夠順利進(jìn)行。同時(shí)隨著自動(dòng)化程度的增加,為了保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的一致性,生產(chǎn)過程直接由人工監(jiān)控和干預(yù)的時(shí)代亦已遠(yuǎn)去,傳感器的重要性亦越加明顯,并且越來越多地參與至程序系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,不再是簡(jiǎn)單的機(jī)械式、粗略式的監(jiān)控;故其要求除了檢測(cè)的可靠性、穩(wěn)定性,同時(shí)要求安裝、調(diào)試簡(jiǎn)單化、尺寸緊湊化、應(yīng)用多樣化等。另外,由于液位檢測(cè)環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性和多變性,也為傳感器的應(yīng)用帶來了不同挑戰(zhàn)。例如:高粘度液體高度檢測(cè)、含雜質(zhì)的廢水液位監(jiān)控、帶泡沫的液位高度測(cè)量、高腐蝕性液體高度報(bào)警等等。目前,市場(chǎng)上針對(duì)不同的應(yīng)用,提供了多種有效的解決方案,但如何選擇合適、性價(jià)比高的傳感器一直是讓工程師們頭痛的問題。常見的液位檢測(cè)方式:為了選擇**的E+H液位傳感器,我們不但需要了解被測(cè)液體的屬性和狀態(tài),同時(shí),也要知道不同的檢測(cè)方式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與局限性,從而才能選出Z合適的傳感器。以下為目前市場(chǎng)上Z常見的檢測(cè)技術(shù)。激光測(cè)量:激光類傳感器基于光學(xué)檢測(cè)原理,通過物體表面反射光線至接收器進(jìn)行檢測(cè),其光斑較小且集中,易于安裝、校準(zhǔn),靈活性好,可應(yīng)用于散料或液位的連續(xù)或者限位報(bào)警等;但其不適合應(yīng)用于透明液體(透明液體容易折射光線,導(dǎo)致光線無法反射至接收器),含泡沫或者蒸汽環(huán)境(無法穿透泡沫或者容易受到蒸汽干擾),波動(dòng)性液體(容易造成誤動(dòng)作),振動(dòng)環(huán)境等。TDR(時(shí)域反射)/導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)/微波原理測(cè)量:其名稱在行業(yè)內(nèi)有多種不同的叫法,其具備了激光測(cè)量的好處,如:易于安裝、校準(zhǔn),靈活性好等,另外其更優(yōu)于激光檢測(cè),如無需重復(fù)校準(zhǔn)和多功能輸出等,其適用于各種含泡沫的液位檢測(cè),不受液體顏色影響,甚至可應(yīng)用于高粘性液體,受外部環(huán)境干擾相對(duì)小,但其測(cè)量高度一般小于6米。超聲波測(cè)量:由于其原理為通過檢測(cè)超聲波發(fā)送與反射的時(shí)間差來計(jì)算液位高度,故容易受到超聲波傳播的能量損耗影響。其亦具備安裝容易、靈活性高等特點(diǎn),通常可安裝于高處進(jìn)行非接觸式測(cè)量。但當(dāng)使用于含蒸汽、粉層等環(huán)境時(shí),檢測(cè)距離將會(huì)明顯縮短,不建議使用在吸波環(huán)境,如泡沫等。音叉振動(dòng)測(cè)量:音叉式測(cè)量?jī)H為開關(guān)量輸出,不能用于連續(xù)性監(jiān)控液體高度。其原理為:當(dāng)液體或者散料填充兩個(gè)振動(dòng)叉時(shí),共振頻率改變時(shí),依靠檢測(cè)頻率改變而發(fā)出開關(guān)信號(hào)。其可用于高粘度液體或者固體散料的高度監(jiān)控,主要為防溢報(bào)警、低液位報(bào)警等,不提供模擬量輸出,另外,多數(shù)情況下需要開孔安裝于容器側(cè)面。光電折射式測(cè)量:該檢測(cè)方式通過傳感器內(nèi)部發(fā)出光源,光源通過透明樹脂全反射至傳感器接受器,但遇到液面時(shí),部分光線將折射至液體,從而傳感器檢測(cè)全反射回來光量值的減少來監(jiān)控液面。該檢測(cè)方式便宜,安裝、調(diào)試簡(jiǎn)單,但僅能應(yīng)用于透明液體,同時(shí)只輸出開關(guān)量信號(hào)。靜壓式測(cè)量:該測(cè)量方式采用安裝于底部的壓力傳感器,通過檢測(cè)底部液體壓力,轉(zhuǎn)換計(jì)算出液位高度,其底部液體壓力參考值為與頂部連通的大氣壓或者已知?dú)鈮骸T摍z測(cè)方式要求采用高精度、齊平式壓力傳感器,同時(shí)換算過程需要不斷進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn),其優(yōu)點(diǎn)為可檢測(cè)不受液位高度限制,但高度越高,傳感器精度要求越高,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用或者更換液體時(shí)需要重復(fù)校準(zhǔn)。電容式測(cè)量:電容式測(cè)量主要通過檢測(cè)由于液面或者散料高度變化而導(dǎo)致的電容值變化來測(cè)量料位高度。其具有多種類型,有可輸出模擬量的電容式液位計(jì),液位電容式接近開關(guān),電容式接近開關(guān)可以安裝于容器側(cè)面進(jìn)行非接觸檢測(cè)。當(dāng)選擇必須注意,電容傳感器容易受到不同的容器材質(zhì)和溶液屬性影響,如塑料容器和掛料情況容易影響模擬量輸出的電容傳感器。浮球式檢測(cè):該方式為Z簡(jiǎn)單、Z古老的檢測(cè)方式,價(jià)格相對(duì)便宜。主要是通過浮球的上下升降來檢測(cè)液面的變化,其為機(jī)械式檢測(cè),檢測(cè)精度容易受浮力影響,重復(fù)精度差,不同液體需要重新校準(zhǔn)。不適用于粘稠性或者含雜質(zhì)液體,容易造成浮球堵塞,同時(shí),不符合食品衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的應(yīng)用要求。如何選擇**的測(cè)量方式當(dāng)我們了解了不同檢測(cè)方式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以后,對(duì)于E+H液位傳感器的選擇也逐漸有了清晰的概念。(具體可參考下圖表格)首先,在開始選擇之前,必須先清楚我們需要傳感器達(dá)到哪些功能?是屬于開關(guān)量輸出還是模擬量輸出?通常開關(guān)量/數(shù)字量輸出用于報(bào)警或者保護(hù)作用,例如灌裝時(shí)防溢報(bào)警、低液位防泵空轉(zhuǎn)保護(hù)等;模擬量輸出主要用于過程控制,包括灌裝容量、液位顯示、加料速度控制等。大家應(yīng)該都知道怎么選用了吧,如果還不知道的請(qǐng)來電咨詢我![詳細(xì)]
