- E+H超聲波液位計(jì)操作手冊德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)的組成部分:超聲波換能器、處理單元、輸出單元。德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)針對腐蝕性、有結(jié)層或者是含酸堿廢水來說,都是一種非常理想的測量工具。超聲波液位計(jì)可測量的介質(zhì)包括鹽酸、硫酸、氫氧化物、廢水、樹脂、石蠟、泥漿、堿液和漂白劑等工業(yè)用劑,廣泛應(yīng)用于水處理、化工、電力、冶金、石油、半導(dǎo)體等行業(yè)。德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)非接觸式測量無可動(dòng)部件、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用壽命長耐腐蝕(探頭大多采用PVDF、PP等材料)自動(dòng)溫度補(bǔ)償功能不受介質(zhì)濕度、粘度的影響不受介質(zhì)介電常數(shù)、電導(dǎo)率、熱導(dǎo)率的影響優(yōu)異的性能價(jià)格比德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)的注意事項(xiàng)德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)耐溫能力有限,大多數(shù)小于60℃,個(gè)別特殊產(chǎn)品可達(dá)100℃真空環(huán)境下無法測量,壓力的大幅波動(dòng)影響測量精度安裝時(shí)盡量避開氣泡、障礙物、波浪等干擾因素德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)的工作原理是由換能器(探頭)發(fā)出高頻超聲波脈沖遇到被測介質(zhì)表面被反射回來,部分反射回波被同一換能器接收,轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號。超聲波脈沖以聲波速度傳播,從發(fā)射到接收到超聲波脈沖所需時(shí)間間隔與換能器到被測介質(zhì)表面的距離成正比。超聲波液位計(jì)此距離值S與聲速C和傳輸時(shí)間T之間的關(guān)系可以用公式表示:S=CxT/2。德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)由于發(fā)射的超聲波脈沖有一定的寬度,使得距離換能器較近的小段區(qū)域內(nèi)的反射波與發(fā)射波重迭,無法識別,不能測量其距離值。這個(gè)區(qū)域稱為測量盲區(qū)。盲區(qū)的大小與超聲波物位計(jì)的型號有關(guān)。德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)特點(diǎn)德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)由于采用了先進(jìn)的微處理器和獨(dú)特的EchoDiscovery回波處理技術(shù),超聲波物位計(jì)可以應(yīng)用于各種復(fù)雜工況。換能器內(nèi)置溫度傳感器,可實(shí)現(xiàn)測量值的溫度補(bǔ)償。德國E+H超聲波液位計(jì)換能器采用**聲學(xué)匹配之ZL技術(shù),使其發(fā)射功率能更有效地輻射出去,提高信號強(qiáng)度,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確測量。E+H超聲波液位計(jì)操作手冊德國E+H位計(jì)上安裝溫度傳感器實(shí)時(shí)測量溫度,并利用式(3)中給定的溫度與聲速的關(guān)系,方便地?fù)Q算出聲速值。但是,實(shí)際上聲速又不僅僅受溫度影響,還與氣體密度、氣壓、濕度、空氣中的懸浮物等諸多因素有關(guān)。因此,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中僅利用測量溫度的方法對聲速進(jìn)行標(biāo)定還有諸多不足,且在溫度測量過程中也會(huì)存在一定的誤差,因此溫度補(bǔ)償方法只適用一般應(yīng)用,而無法滿足高精度測量。2.1.2實(shí)測聲速補(bǔ)償實(shí)踐證明,無論是利用何種經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對聲速進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,都會(huì)由于測量環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性和測量方法等原因,引進(jìn)新的誤差。因此利用實(shí)測聲速的方法進(jìn)行聲速補(bǔ)償被認(rèn)為是Z可靠的補(bǔ)償方法。如圖2所示,在發(fā)射探頭前端安裝一個(gè)擋板,擋板與探頭形成一個(gè)距離固定的聲程區(qū)間,該結(jié)構(gòu)稱之為聲程架。當(dāng)探頭發(fā)射聲波時(shí),該擋板能將一部分聲波反射回探頭。探頭接收到反射波后,計(jì)算從發(fā)射到接收的時(shí)間,利用式(4)計(jì)算聲速其中,L為聲程架的聲程長度;t為聲波傳播時(shí)間。利用實(shí)測聲速方法進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,由于補(bǔ)償聲波與測量聲波傳播路徑所處的環(huán)境極為相似,所受的環(huán)境影響也基本一致,其聲速通常也較接近,所以這種方法是目前使用Z極ng確的聲速修正方式。但是在這種方法的使用中,聲程架應(yīng)選用低溫度膨脹系數(shù)的材料,以免環(huán)境溫度變化聲程架發(fā)生熱脹冷縮,使聲程距離L發(fā)生改變,影響實(shí)測聲速精度。E+H超聲波液位計(jì)操作手冊[詳細(xì)]

E+H超聲波液位計(jì)原理
- E+H超聲波是機(jī)械波的一種,即是機(jī)械振動(dòng)在彈性介質(zhì)中的一種傳播過程,它的特征是頻率高、波長短、繞射現(xiàn)象小,另外方向性好,能夠成為射線而定向傳播。E+H超聲波在液體、固體中衰減很小,因而穿透能力強(qiáng),尤其是在對光不透明的固體中,E+H超聲波可穿透幾十米的長度,碰到雜質(zhì)或界面就會(huì)有顯著的反射,E+H超聲波液位計(jì)就是利用它的這一原理而工作的。在E+H超聲波檢測技術(shù)中,不管那種E+H超聲波儀器,都必須把電能轉(zhuǎn)換E+H超聲波發(fā)射出去,再接收回來變換成電信號,完成這項(xiàng)功能的裝置就叫E+H超聲波換能器,也被稱作為探頭。將E+H超聲波換能器置于被測液體或物位上方,向下發(fā)射E+H超聲波,E+H超聲波穿過空氣介質(zhì),在遇到水面或物體介面時(shí)被反射回來,然后被換能器所接收并轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號,電子檢測部分檢測到這一信號后將其變成物位信號進(jìn)行顯示并輸出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號,供其它儀表或控制裝置使用.由E+H超聲波在介質(zhì)中傳播原理可知,若介質(zhì)壓力、溫度、密度、濕度等條件一定,則E+H超聲波在該介質(zhì)中傳播速度是一個(gè)常數(shù)。因此,當(dāng)測量出E+H超聲波由發(fā)射到遇到物面或液面反射被接收所需要的時(shí)間,則可換算出E+H超聲波通過的路程,從而間接地測量出物位或者液位數(shù)據(jù)。E+H超聲波液位計(jì)的工作原理是由換能器(探頭)發(fā)出高頻E+H超聲波脈沖遇到被測介質(zhì)表面被反射回來,部分反射回波被同一換能器接收,轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號。E+H超聲波脈沖以聲波速度傳播,從發(fā)射到接收到E+H超聲波脈沖所需時(shí)間間隔與換能器到被測介質(zhì)表面的距離成正比。此距離值S與聲速C和傳輸時(shí)間T之間的關(guān)系可以用公式表示:S=CxT/2。由于發(fā)射的E+H超聲波脈沖有一定的寬度,使得距離換能器較近的小段區(qū)域內(nèi)的反射波與發(fā)射波重迭,無法識別,不能測量其距離值。這個(gè)區(qū)域稱為測量盲區(qū)。盲區(qū)的大小與E+H超聲波物位計(jì)的型號有關(guān)。E+H超聲波液位計(jì)安裝要求:換能器發(fā)射E+H超聲波脈沖時(shí),都有一定的發(fā)射開角。從換能器下緣到被測介質(zhì)表面之間,由發(fā)射的E+H超聲波波束所輻射的區(qū)域內(nèi),不得有障礙物,因此安裝時(shí)應(yīng)盡可能避開罐內(nèi)舉措措施,如:人梯、限位開關(guān)、加熱設(shè)備、支架等。另外須留意E+H超聲波波束不得與加料料流相交。安裝儀表時(shí)還要留意:Z高料位不得進(jìn)入丈量盲區(qū);儀表距罐壁必需保持一定的間隔;儀表的安裝盡可能使換能器的發(fā)射方向與液面垂直。[詳細(xì)]

E+H超聲波液位計(jì)原理及安裝要求
- 超聲波是機(jī)械波的一種,即是機(jī)械振動(dòng)在彈性介質(zhì)中的一種傳播過程,它的特征是頻率高、波長短、繞射現(xiàn)象小,另外方向性好,能夠成為射線而定向傳播。超聲波在液體、固體中衰減很小,因而穿透能力強(qiáng),尤其是在對光不透明的固體中,超聲波可穿透幾十米的長度,碰到雜質(zhì)或界面就會(huì)有顯著的反射,E+H超聲波液位計(jì)就是利用它的這一原理而工作的。在超聲波檢測技術(shù)中,不管哪種E+H超聲波儀器,都必須把電能轉(zhuǎn)換超聲波發(fā)射出去,再接收回來變換成電信號,完成這項(xiàng)功能的裝置就叫超聲波換能器,也被稱作為探頭。將超聲波換能器置于被測液體或物位上方,向下發(fā)射超聲波,超聲波穿過空氣介質(zhì),在遇到水面或物體介面時(shí)被反射回來,然后被換能器所接收并轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號,電子檢測部分檢測到這一信號后將其變成物位信號進(jìn)行顯示并輸出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號,供其它儀表或控制裝置使用.由超聲波在介質(zhì)中傳播原理可知,若介質(zhì)壓力、溫度、密度、濕度等條件一定,則超聲波在該介質(zhì)中傳播速度是一個(gè)常數(shù)。因此,當(dāng)測量出超聲波由發(fā)射到遇到物面或液面反射被接收所需要的時(shí)間,則可換算出超聲波通過的路程,從而間接地測量出物位或者液位數(shù)據(jù)。E+H超聲波液位計(jì)的工作原理是由換能器(探頭)發(fā)出高頻超聲波脈沖遇到被測介質(zhì)表面被反射回來,部分反射回波被同一換能器接收,轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號。超聲波脈沖以聲波速度傳播,從發(fā)射到接收到超聲波脈沖所需時(shí)間間隔與換能器到被測介質(zhì)表面的距離成正比。此距離值S與聲速C和傳輸時(shí)間T之間的關(guān)系可以用公式表示:S=CxT/2。由于發(fā)射的超聲波脈沖有一定的寬度,使得距離換能器較近的小段區(qū)域內(nèi)的反射波與發(fā)射波重迭,無法識別,不能測量其距離值。這個(gè)區(qū)域稱為測量盲區(qū)。盲區(qū)的大小與超聲波物位計(jì)的型號有關(guān)。E+H超聲波液位計(jì)安裝要求:換能器發(fā)射超聲波脈沖時(shí),都有一定的發(fā)射開角。從換能器下緣到被測介質(zhì)表面之間,由發(fā)射的超聲波波束所輻射的區(qū)域內(nèi),不得有障礙物,因此安裝時(shí)應(yīng)盡可能避開罐內(nèi)舉措措施,如:人梯、限位開關(guān)、加熱設(shè)備、支架等。另外須留意超聲波波束不得與加料料流相交。安裝儀表時(shí)還要留意:Z高料位不得進(jìn)入丈量盲區(qū);儀表距罐壁必需保持一定的間隔;儀表的安裝盡可能使換能器的發(fā)射方向與液面垂直。(end)[詳細(xì)]

- E+H超聲波物位計(jì)也稱E+H超聲波液位計(jì),超聲波水位計(jì),超聲波料位計(jì)。是一種優(yōu)良的非接觸的界面測量設(shè)備。適合石油、化工、自來水、污水處理、水利水文、鋼鐵、煤礦、電力、交通以及食品加工等行業(yè)。它安裝,操作簡便,適用性廣,價(jià)格低廉。是一種物美價(jià)廉的物位物位、液位測量設(shè)備。E+H超聲波物位計(jì)的原理:E+H超聲波物位計(jì)安裝于容器上部,在電子單元的控制下,探頭向被測物體發(fā)射一束超聲波脈沖。聲波被物體表面反射,部分反射回波由探頭接收并轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號。從超聲波發(fā)射到被重新被接收,其時(shí)間與探頭至被測物體的距離成正比。電子單元檢測該時(shí)間,并根據(jù)已知的聲速計(jì)算出被測距離。用探頭到罐底的距離-探頭到液位的距離=實(shí)際液位或者物位高度。把液位高度轉(zhuǎn)換成4~20mA電流信號、1~5V電壓信號輸出。或者通過485通信,Hart通信,GPRS通信傳輸?shù)娇刂芞X。由于溫度對聲速具有較大的影響,所以儀表應(yīng)測量環(huán)境溫度,已修正聲速。超聲物位計(jì)的測量原理。二.E+H超聲波物位計(jì)運(yùn)用的系統(tǒng)框:在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用中,由E+H超聲波物位計(jì)測量液位的高度并轉(zhuǎn)換成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號送到控制ZX。控制ZX檢測到儀表送來的液位信息,并根據(jù)液位的高度和實(shí)際需要來對加料或者減料進(jìn)行控制。三.E+H超聲物位計(jì)的主要的幾個(gè)技術(shù)指標(biāo)1、量程和盲區(qū):量程和盲區(qū)是反映超聲物位計(jì)的兩個(gè)重要的指標(biāo)。量程代表的是這個(gè)物位計(jì)能測量的Zda范圍。反映的是換能器的靈敏度。也就是說,量程越大,靈敏度越高。大部分廠家標(biāo)稱的量程都是針對平整液面來說的,也就是說實(shí)際測量的時(shí)候,液位波動(dòng),表面有漂浮物,測量是固體料位,有粉塵,有蒸汽,都是有可能導(dǎo)致量程不能達(dá)到標(biāo)稱的值。比如50m量程的設(shè)備,如果測玉米的時(shí)候,實(shí)際只能測到20m.。盲區(qū)是反映換能器好壞的重要指標(biāo)。盲區(qū)也成死區(qū),超聲液位計(jì)測量不到的一段距離,它是由于超聲換能器的余震造成的。比如盲區(qū)30cm,也就是說,在液體更探頭的距離小于30cm的時(shí)候,將會(huì)出現(xiàn)不能測量的情況。那么相同量程的產(chǎn)品,盲區(qū)越小,說明這個(gè)換能器的設(shè)計(jì)越好。對一些密閉罐體或者短量程的測量來說,安裝會(huì)越方便。因此盲區(qū)成為相同量程產(chǎn)品衡量換能器做得好壞的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。2、溫度和精度。溫度范圍大部分標(biāo)稱是-20~60℃這個(gè)范圍。因?yàn)榇蟛糠钟靡壕э@示的物位計(jì),液晶屏的工作溫度只能在這個(gè)范圍,超出這個(gè)范圍,液晶顯示都會(huì)出現(xiàn)不正常現(xiàn)象。如果不考慮液晶顯示的限制,一般都可以做到-40~80℃的范圍。壓電陶瓷有個(gè)居里溫度約300度。居里溫度的一般是安全溫度,所以一般情況下,超聲換能器的工作溫度很難超過150度。當(dāng)超過150℃溫度的時(shí)候,很容易對里面的壓電陶瓷損壞。因此150度可以看成是一個(gè)破壞溫度。另外超聲波換能器制造過程用的部分材料,不能在100℃以上的溫度長時(shí)間工作。大部分換能器的極限溫度是100℃。為什么把精度和溫度放在一起考慮,因?yàn)樵诳諝庵校瑴囟葴y量誤差1℃,對聲速的影響是0.6m/S,20℃,1個(gè)大氣壓下聲速約為340m/S。因此可以算出,對測量誤差的影響是0.17%,也就是說,如果溫度測量誤差3℃,物位測量誤差就超過大部分廠家0.5%的標(biāo)稱范圍。因此實(shí)際0.5%的精度針對的是常溫常壓下的。對偏高和偏低的溫度,都有可能導(dǎo)致測量精度超過0.5%的情況。有溫度梯度,溫度變化快的場合,測量誤差也會(huì)因此增大。另外對測量精度影響Zda的是氣體成份。也就是說在一些揮發(fā)性液體的場合,因?yàn)橐后w的揮發(fā)導(dǎo)致空氣成分變化,接著導(dǎo)致氣體聲速變化引起的測量誤差。3、壓力。在負(fù)壓的情況下,一般不推薦用超聲測量,因?yàn)槌晜鞑ナ峭ㄟ^氣體來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。負(fù)壓力意味著里面的空氣稀薄,超聲在稀薄空氣下傳播,一個(gè)是聲速會(huì)變化,引起測量誤差,二是稀薄空氣里面,聲波衰減增大,導(dǎo)致測量量程減小甚至不能測量。正壓力主要是探頭結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,只要探頭結(jié)構(gòu)沒有問題。不會(huì)引起漏氣現(xiàn)象。那么在大的壓力情況下超聲物位計(jì)是可以工作的。4、腐蝕性:物位計(jì)的腐蝕性主要考驗(yàn)的是探頭的材質(zhì)。在弱酸弱堿的環(huán)境下,普通的塑料外殼就可以了。用聚四氟乙烯的外殼,可以耐大部分的強(qiáng)酸強(qiáng)堿。這里要注意的是,如果被測物質(zhì)有比較強(qiáng)腐蝕性和揮發(fā)性,那么用一體物位計(jì)的時(shí)候,**把電路板進(jìn)行膠峰。因?yàn)榇蟛糠值目梢苑浪臍んw,都不能防氣體。氣體進(jìn)入一體設(shè)備里面后,會(huì)俯視電路板。5、方向性和安裝結(jié)構(gòu)安裝結(jié)構(gòu)一般有法蘭和螺紋兩種安裝方式。不推薦使用吊裝。因?yàn)榈跹b容易受風(fēng)的影響。但安裝的時(shí)候,一般要考慮盲區(qū)的影響。我們要在物理上保證Z高液面到探頭表面的距離大于盲區(qū)。為了避開盲區(qū),用加長導(dǎo)管安裝的時(shí)候,必須注意的是,探頭輻射面兩端與導(dǎo)管端面兩端形成的夾角必須大于換能器的銳角度。(銳角度:波束兩側(cè)出現(xiàn)**個(gè)極小值之間的夾角)大部分物位計(jì)用的換能器都可以看成一個(gè)圓形活塞陣。那么銳角的角度可以通過下面的公式計(jì)算出來:換能器銳角的計(jì)算公式:θ=2arcsin(0.61λ/a)。產(chǎn)品標(biāo)稱的是一般換能器的半功率角。半功率角的計(jì)算公式為:θ-3dB=2arcsin(0.26λ/a)。這樣就驗(yàn)證一下廠家標(biāo)稱的波束角是否是真實(shí)的。波束角不是越小越好,因?yàn)閷Υ罅砍痰漠a(chǎn)品來說,波束角太小,那么要垂直對準(zhǔn)液面這比較困難。λ=波長=聲速/頻率a=半徑,是換能器的輻射面的半徑6、供電方式和信號輸出方式:供電方式一般是交流電源95~230VAC,24VDC四線制,24VDC兩線制三種。輸出方式有:顯示界面,電流4~20Ma,電壓1-5V,通信方式485通信,Hart通信,GPRS通信等。三、超聲物位計(jì)現(xiàn)場使用時(shí)候的安裝注意事項(xiàng)1、垂直換能器安裝的時(shí)候,要保證換能器的發(fā)射面和要被探測的平面平行,這樣聲波就可以垂直發(fā)射到被測物體表面。這樣可以保證Zda的能量返回。技巧:如果現(xiàn)場環(huán)境有蒸汽,容易形成水珠附在探頭的表面,并且探頭的量成比實(shí)際要測量的距離大比較多。那么可以傾斜3度左右,這樣可以避免水珠結(jié)水的影響。2、盲區(qū)Z高液位到E+H超聲波液位計(jì)探頭表面的距離應(yīng)大于探頭的盲區(qū)。這里需要注意的是:我們的盲區(qū)是在比較理想的狀態(tài)下測得的。因此如果我們的安裝的是封閉的罐體,那么盲區(qū)值**加大20%。如果因?yàn)橐后w會(huì)攪動(dòng),用了很長的導(dǎo)管來安裝,那么盲區(qū)值**也加大20%為了避開盲區(qū),我們經(jīng)常會(huì)用加長導(dǎo)管的方式來避開盲在利用加長導(dǎo)管安裝的時(shí)候,必須保證角度AOB?探頭的銳角度。3、罐壁和障礙物如果罐壁是光滑的,并且液位降低的時(shí)候,不會(huì)出現(xiàn)掛料的情況,那么大部分距離灌壁30cm的距離安裝就可以。如果灌壁是粗糙的,那么探頭安裝的位置要遠(yuǎn)離灌壁。灌底不是平面的,那么在零液位的時(shí)候可能出現(xiàn)誤測。如果是圓錐型底面,可以考慮把探頭安裝在圓錐頂端正上方。對于圓形的橫桿,只要距離超過1m,直徑不超過5cm,影響不大。否則盡量避開。但對平面的橫桿,灌壁有直角的情況,要盡量的避開。4、有攪拌和波動(dòng)如果有攪拌或者波動(dòng)的場合,可以用加長導(dǎo)管安裝。導(dǎo)管直接申入液位底面。導(dǎo)管的直徑只要大于探頭的輻射面即可,但是要保證導(dǎo)管的內(nèi)壁光滑,并且液位升降過程中不掛料,管內(nèi)液體和管外一致。如果大量程不適合用導(dǎo)管安裝的,可以減小量程使用,具體減小多少要看波浪的大小。[詳細(xì)]
