產(chǎn)品描述

骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白（BMP）在人類卵巢卵泡的不同細(xì)胞類型中表達(dá)，在卵巢功能的調(diào)節(jié)中起重要作用。BMP-9 又稱生長分化因子-2（GDF-2），屬于轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β（TGF-β）超家族。BMP-9 主要在肝臟中合成并分泌到血液中，從而調(diào)節(jié)各種生理和病理功能。

Cell Based Assay: Measured by its ability to induce alkaline phosphatase production by ATDC5 mouse chondrogenic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.4-1.6 ng/mL .
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 4mM HCL. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
