產品簡介:SL-SM系列微波超聲聯合反應系統產品由超聲波、 微波技術協同作用，具有超聲和微波功率可調、可定時、溫度等可控功能。適用于快速、高效、可控合成藥物、有機化合物、無機化合物及納米材料，具有化學選擇性高、產物結晶度高、對無機、高分子聚合、金屬納米材料產品粒徑非常均勻，而且可以有效克服有機物參與下的化學反應進行長時間反應產生的炭化現象等特點。通過本技術方案，可以使反應速度比單一微波或超聲波催化方法加快許多倍，同時提高反應產率和選擇性，使過去許多難以發生或速度很慢的化學反應或物理過程變得容易實現和高速完成。該設備包括超聲波裝置，微波裝置，循環冷水機、升降裝置、冷凝回流裝置。超聲波裝置包括超聲探頭、超聲波換能器、超聲波電源、超聲溫度控制顯示器、超聲時間控制顯示器、超聲功率控制顯示器；微波裝置包括磁控管、波導、微波溫度控制顯示器、微波時間控制顯示器、微波功率控制顯示器；循環冷水機裝置包括溫度控制顯示器（zuidi工作溫度(-80℃)、時間顯示控制器，循環泵；冷凝裝置包括回流式冷凝器、三角瓶、玻璃導管、密封塞及循環保溫材料。

●SL系列微波超聲波聯合反應系統具有微波、超聲波、微波超聲波單獨控制和協同功能，系統具有可靈活組合特點。



●采用韓國SAMSUNG微波發生系統，性能穩定；微波功率可微調；微波頻率：2450MHz；
●超聲功率可微調；超聲頻率：25KHz，超聲頻率范圍可選擇15~40KHz，超聲發生器具有不介入樣品，通過空氣傳輸，作用樣品功能（世界領xian技術）

●反應釜可選配真空泵抽走水分、可做超低溫微波真空干燥或其他需排走水蒸氣或其他反應氣體的液相反應實驗；

●可選配溫度（或壓力）控制并帶磁力攪拌的聚四氟乙烯消解罐（水熱合成反應釜）；

●反應容器可選配帶有獨特設計的通冷水裝置功能：可控制溫度：-40~500℃，世界首chuang；
可有效控制因微波發射生產的高溫，使微波的使用率達到100%，使反應物質在設定的反應條件下得到最大限度的微波作用，保證反應產物的均一性和高產率；

●參數控制部分采用高靈敏觸摸屏操作，所有參數可編程式控制，五組實驗數據儲存；

●帶有10寸超薄、超高清、多功能液晶大屏幕顯示，實時顯示樣品工作狀態；

●采用高精度非接觸式紅外測溫，實時檢測反應溫度，準確控制反應進程溫度；控制范圍：0~500℃，控溫精度：≤±1℃；

●采用獨有的變頻式鼓風散熱功能，使腔體內溫度保持均勻；
●工作時間：可連續工作， 在0~9999s可調；

●同時對微波、超聲進行可編程式程序控溫、定時、功率可調；
