ERRβ-GFP報告基因是翌圣生物自主研發的用于檢測ERRβ轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。ERRβ (estrogen-related receptorβ) 是組成核受體ERR的一個亞基，研究發現ERR對疾病如骨質疏松癥、癌癥和糖尿病等有重要作用。

REPOTM ERRβ-GFP報告基因主要應用于Estrogen Receptor Related Receptor Beta信號通路、藥物研究、相關基因的調控和功能的研究。

pGMERRβ-GFP是翌圣生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個ERRβ結合位點，可以高效地檢測ERRβ的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得ERRβ-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。
