表達(dá)區(qū)間及表達(dá)系統(tǒng)（Source）	Human MICA alpha 3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with mFc (IgG1) tag at the N-Terminus. It contains Arg105-Ser200.[Accession \| NP_001276081.1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 36.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-65 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內(nèi)毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Human MICA alpha 3, mFc Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-MICA Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 76.9ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構(gòu)方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

儲(chǔ)存條件

1.The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2.2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3.3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

4.Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
