VU 0361737 (VU0361737)是mGlu4受體(mGluR4)選擇性正變構調節劑，作用于人mGlu4受體的EC₅₀為0.24 µM，可滲入中樞神經系統，具有神經保護作用，對mGluR1/2/3/6/7無明顯作用，對mGluR5和mGluR8顯現出較弱的活性。

（一）細胞實驗（體外實驗）

VU0361737 (1-10 μM)部分減弱了Staurosporine和Doxorubicin誘發的人神經母細胞瘤SH-SY5Y細胞死亡。^[3]

（二）動物實驗（體內實驗）

在Sprague-Dawley大鼠中，腹膜內注射VU0361737 (10 mg/kg)，血漿清除率高(894 mL/min/kg)，終末消除半衰期：大鼠1.9小時。^[1]
